MORE ABOUT ME

I am a life enthusiast and margarita loving mama!

One of the primary motivating forces in remaining committed to my healing and growth journey is the impact I have on my family.

Children grow up modeling the behaviors and values of their parents or caregivers. While much of this influence can be celebrated for the kind of person we turn out to be, most of us have some level of emotional wounding (unprocessed Big T and little t traumas) stemming from our family of origin.

Negative core beliefs are rooted in our upbringing and life experiences. These beliefs will remain buried deep in our psyche, subconsciously affecting all of our decisions.

I sincerely hope my children conduct their independent review of my influence on their lives. They are free to embrace what fills their hearts and work through the ways I fell short in meeting their unique emotional needs.

I believe without an honest review of our upbringing and past, it is more difficult to break unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors. Self-awareness is the cornerstone for change. Knowing why you think the way you do and behave the way you do is instrumental in reaching your life goals.

When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me on the tennis court, playing pickleball, enjoying coffee with a friend, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or traveling.

I'm excited to get to know you and support your healing and growth journey.

"...despite our differences, we're all alike. Beyond identities and desires, there is a common core of self - an essential humanity whose nature is peace and whose expression is thought and whose action is unconditional love. When we identify with that inner core, respecting and honoring it in others as well as ourselves, we experience healing in every area of life." - Joan Borysenko
